BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

There are three ways to purchase tickets to El Campanil Theatre performances:

* At The Box Office (no fees apply)
* By Phone ($2 per order convenience fee)
* Online
(per ticket convenience fee.  See below)

For group rates (10 or more), wheelchair accessible , please contact the El Campanil  Theatre Box Office at (925) 757-9500.  These seats may not be purchased online.

MAIL / WILL CALL / PRINT AT HOME

If time permits, tickets can be mailed to you.  The fee to mail an order is $2.00

When you order on the Phone or Online , you can request that your tickets be held at Will Call.  There is no additional cost for this service.

However, if you have a computer we suggest that you request: PRINT AT HOME Tickets.
Just provide your email address and your tickets will arrive via email and you won't have to pick them up at Will Call.  There is no additional cost for this service.


* BOX OFFICE

You can buy tickets at the box office.  There are no convenience fees.
The Box Office is open Monday - Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm and 1 hour before each performance.

* PHONE ORDERS

There is a $2 service charge applied to orders placed by Phone.  This fee is per order - not per ticket.

The Box Office is open Monday - Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm and 1 hour before each performance. If you would like to place your order by phone, please call us.  If you receive a recording, please leave a number we can reach you at during our regular business hours. 

* ONLINE - New Feature - Select Your Seat

Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. There is a nominal convenience charge for online orders (see below). Internet sales cut off 2 hours prior to every event. This is not an indication that the event is sold out.

Purchasing tickets Online is easy.  Our ticketing program allows you to select the seat you want from what is available at that time.  Most users will not experience any difficulty buying tickets online - but if you do, please follow any instructions provided.  If you still encounter a problem, call us and we will place you order for you.

At this time MAC users must use the Safari Browser.

Online Purchases Are Subject To The Following Convenience Fee Schedule:

When you select a performance and specify the number of tickets you want you will be presented with a screen similar to this the screen below.

Choose your Delivery Option (Will Call / Print At Home / Mail)

Then Click On Choose Seats

The seating chart will appear and you can click on the seats that are available (In color).
