Box Office Information

There are three ways to purchase tickets to El Campanil Theatre performances:

* At The Box Office (no fees apply)
* By Phone ($2 per order convenience fee)
* Online (per ticket convenience fee. See below)

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Row H in the orchestra has 8 wheel chair seats as well as companion seating. Please do not order seats that are designated as Wheel Chair or companion seats unless you or members of your party require that type of seating. There are 230 seats in the orchestra level which are accessible without using stairs.

ACCESSIBLITY - HEARING LOSS

The theatre is equipped with assisted listening devices manufactured by Listen, Inc. They operate in the 72mHz FM band. Please let the box office or an usher know that you will require a device and it will be made available to you.

TICKETING POLICIES

All sales are final. No refunds.
Exchanges. You may request an exchange to another event up to 24 hours in advance of your ticketed event.
Unable to use your ticket? Donate it for resale prior to the performance and receive a tax deduction letter for the face value of the ticket(s).
Lost or undelivered tickets? Call the Box Office at 925-757-9500
Performances begin promptly at the time advertised. Late seating will be at the discretion of the House Manager.
If a performance is cancelled, return your ticket(s) to the Box Office for a full refund or exchange towards another performance. Refunds are issued only for cancelled performances. You may also donate your ticket(s) to receive a tax deduction letter for the face value of the ticket(s).

MAIL / WILL CALL / PRINT AT HOME

If time permits, tickets can be mailed to you. The fee to mail an order is $2.00.

When you order on the Phone or Online , you can request that your tickets be held at Will Call. There is no additional cost for this service.

However, if you have a computer we suggest that you request: PRINT AT HOME Tickets.
Just provide your email address and your tickets will arrive via email and you won't have to pick them up at Will Call. There is no additional cost for this service.

* BOX OFFICE

You can buy tickets at the box office. There are no convenience fees.
The Box Office is open Monday - Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm and 1 hour before each performance.

* PHONE ORDERS

There is a $2 service charge applied to orders placed by Phone. This fee is per order - not per ticket.

The Box Office is open Monday - Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm and 1 hour before each performance. If you would like to place your order by phone, please call us. If you receive a recording, please leave a number and when we can reach you.

* ONLINE - Select Your Seat

Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. There is a nominal convenience charge for online orders (see below). Internet sales cut off 1 hour prior to every event. This is not an indication that the event is sold out.

Purchasing tickets Online is easy. Our ticketing program allows you to select the seat you want from what is available at that time. Most users will not experience any difficulty buying tickets online - please follow any instructions provided. If you encounter a problem, call us and we will assist you with your order.

FIRST TIME / RETURNING PATRONS

To make your online ticket experience simple - your email address and other contact information is stored securely. (No Credit Card Information is kept on file).

If this is your first time to purchase tickets since April 17, 2011, simply use the log in on the right. Enter your email address and select a password and confirm your password. Press continue.
