General Seating...
If a show is General Seating - that means first come first served. You cannot pre-select your seats.
ABOUT OUR SEATING
Orchestra – Rows A through H
All Seats are on the ground level and are accessible entirely without stairs.
Seats are comfortable, ample legroom and no obstructions
Row H is reserved for Wheelchair patrons (and their companions)
Loge – Rows J through Q
These seats are in the first 8 rows upstairs. While considered very desirable, each seat has a divider in front that can be considered an obstruction for people who are less than 5’tall. We do offer booster seats, so please let us know if this is a requirement. Seats are comfortable, ample legroom and no other obstructions.
Opera – Rows R through Z
Like many seats in some of the great theatres in San Francisco, our Opera Level seats are challenging for people who are 6’ tall or more. Leg room is tight. If this presents a problem, call us to see if we have any seating that may be more accommodating.
Access to the Opera Level requires patrons to walk up two flights of stairs.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Row H in the orchestra has 8 wheel chair seats as well as companion seating. Please do not order seats that are designated as Wheel Chair or companion seats unless you or members of your party require that type of seating. There are 230 seats in the orchestra level which are accessible without using stairs.
ACCESSIBLITY - HEARING
The theatre is equipped with assisted listening devices manufactured by Listen, Inc. They operate in the 72mHz FM band. Please let the box office or an usher know that you will require a device and it will be made available to you.
